Milan honors the memory of Oliviero Toscani with affection on Sunday, January 19, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at Palazzo Reale, the venue of his last major Milanese exhibition in 2022, “Viva Oliviero!”.

For this special day, the most significant images of his career will be displayed, along with four photography sets designed to create portraits of attendees. These portraits will become part of “Razza Umana”, the expansive project that, since 2007, has collected over 10,000 images. The event will also feature storytelling and testimonials from those who had the privilege of living, working, and sharing moments with Oliviero Toscani.

Inside Palazzo Reale, documentaries celebrating his extraordinary career as a photographer will be screened.

Starting at 3:00 PM, institutions and friends of Oliviero Toscani will gather for a moment of farewell and commemoration.

The tribute will take place in the Historical Rooms on the first floor of Palazzo Reale, with documentaries being shown in the Sala Otto Colonne.

Admission is free, and no reservations are required.
