Is it allowed to access the bookshop without visiting the exhibition?
Thematic temporary bookshops are set up at Palazzo Reale for each exhibition, they are settled at the end of the exhibition route and they are rich in books and gadgets. It is allowed to access to temporary bookshops even without visiting the related exibition. To enter the bookshop please ask the ticket office staff.

How to do if a wheelchair is needed to visit the exhibition?
You can notify your arrival at the security staff (first door on the left across the courtyard) who will provide you with a wheelchair. your ID will kept for deposit and you will be accompanied to the elevator leading the second floor.

Could I reserve a wheelchair?
No, you couldn’t reserve a wheelchair remotely.

Does the exhibition route involve stairs?
No, every exhibition at the Palazzo Reale is conceived in only one floor. If the exhibition you have chosen to see is placed on the second floor and you are unable to climb the stairs leading to the entrance of the exhibition, please notify your arrival to the security staff (first door on the left across the courtyard) who will accompany you to the elevator.
