On the occasion of the exhibition "EL GRECO"  at the Royal Palace of Milan, the Civic Libraries have created three in-depth events dedicated to the artist.

An activity that brings together, like the tiles of a puzzle, the names of great artists, musicians and writers, united by the common thread EL GRECO.

What do Clint Eastwood, Pablo Picasso, the composer Vangelis, the poet Rilke and the writer Kazantzakis have in common?

Apparently nothing. Yet these masters, exponents of five different arts are closely connected by a common thread that unites them. A thread with a name, a surname and also a nickname: Domìnikos Theotokópoulos, known as El Greco.

Controversial painter, forgotten by history and then suddenly rediscovered, he revolutionized the history of art like few others have been able to do. Let's put the pieces of the El Greco puzzle together in the library!
