CONCERT PAINTINGS IN MUSIC

The Eos Quartet (violin Elia Chiesa, violin Giacomo del Papa, viola Alessandro Acqui, cello Silvia Ancarani) in residence at the orchestra for this project, performs a program divided into three parts, all inspired by the themes of the poetics of Goya treated in the path of the exhibition.

In the second part of the concert, inspired by the section Vigilare e denunciare, the audience will hear the String Quartet n.11 in F minor, op.95 "Serioso" by Ludwig van Beethoven, composer linked by significant affinities to contemporary Goya.

In the third and last part, linked to the section Critical freedom and the enlargement of imagination, will be performed the World Premiere of a composition for quartet and electronics, dedicated to Goya by Gabriel Prokofiev, written specifically for the event at the Royal Palace.
